Verisure

Verisure, formerly known as Securitas Direct, is a multinational private security company based in Versoix, Switzerland.

Team

I collaborated with a team mostly based in Spain, along with a remote developer from France. The IT department consisted of three development teams and one DevOps team, all working in close coordination.

Approach

We worked under agile methodologies, integrating various technologies shared between different teams and departments. Interdepartmental dynamics were key to the success of the projects.

Delivery

My role focused on resolving Spikes and occasional Tasks: I had to explore existing technologies, working with other departments to present solutions that allowed us to progress toward the developments we needed. I worked daily with the M2M or deployment departments to manage the feasibility of integrations.
